The purpose of the door is to provide the driver and passengers with access to the vehicle, isolate the interference outside the vehicle, reduce side collisions to a certain extent, and protect passengers. The beauty of the car is also related to the shape of the doors. The quality of the door is mainly reflected in the anti-collision performance, sealing, convenience of opening and closing of the door, and of course other functional indicators. Collision avoidance performance is particularly important, because when vehicles collide side-by-side, the buffer distance is very short, and it is easy to injure the occupants of the vehicle.
The door is generally composed of three parts: the door body, the door accessories and the inner cover. The door includes an inner door panel, an outer door panel, a door and window frame, a door reinforcing beam and a door reinforcing plate. Door accessories include door hinges, door open limiters, door lock mechanisms, inside and outside handles, door glass, glass regulators and weatherstrips. The inner cover plate includes a fixed plate, a core plate, an inner skin and an inner armrest.
